Today’s Focus: Showing Respect

Children will explore what respect looks like in action, from listening when someone is speaking, to using kind words, to caring for shared spaces. Through stories and interactive activities, they’ll practice treating others (and themselves) with dignity. Parents will appreciate how this session reinforces values that strengthen friendships, family life, and community involvement.

Overview:

An engaging, hands-on enrichment session for children ages 5–8, designed to build foundational life skills through playful activities, games, and collaborative learning. Each week introduces new concepts in problem-solving, communication, creativity, and social skills while keeping sessions interactive, fun, and age-appropriate.

• This is not a drop-off program; a parent or guardian must stay for the duration of the event.

• Activities emphasize hands-on, social, and skill-building experiences, with flexibility to explore new concepts throughout the season.

• Sessions are designed to encourage cooperation, curiosity, and positive peer interaction.
