Through interactive activities, they’ll learn the connection between nutrition, exercise, and mental clarity, and how to make small, smart choices that help them feel strong and think clearly. Parents will love seeing their child learn practical ways to care for both body and mind every day.

Overview:

Designed for children ages 9–12, this interactive enrichment session emphasizes practical life skills, problem-solving, and collaborative learning. Activities are structured to develop independence, responsibility, communication, and critical thinking while keeping sessions engaging and hands-on. Each week offers opportunities to build meaningful skills that prepare students for real-world challenges in a fun, supportive environment. Notes / Disclosures:
