Today’s Focus: Empathy & Emotional Awareness

Kids will learn to recognize their own emotions while also tuning in to the feelings of others. Through role-play and interactive activities, they’ll practice noticing body language, expressing emotions in healthy ways, and responding with compassion. These skills help kids build stronger friendships and navigate challenges with understanding and care. Parents will love seeing their child become more emotionally aware, kind, and supportive in their relationships.

Overview:

Designed for children ages 9–12, this interactive enrichment session emphasizes practical life skills, problem-solving, and collaborative learning. Activities are structured to develop independence, responsibility, communication, and critical thinking while keeping sessions engaging and hands-on. Each week offers opportunities to build meaningful skills that prepare students for real-world challenges in a fun, supportive environment. Notes / Disclosures:
