About the event
Today’s Focus: Personal Standards & Self-Care
Teens will explore how the way they care for themselves (through grooming, dress, and healthy routines) reflects self-respect. They’ll discuss how personal standards influence first impressions and practice small habits that build confidence and communicate maturity. This lesson helps teens see that self-care isn’t just about appearance; it’s about valuing themselves and setting a tone for how others treat them. Parents will love seeing their teen take greater pride in their personal standards and daily self-care routines.
