Today’s Focus: Diplomacy in Conversations

Teens will learn how the words they choose can shape respect, cooperation, and outcomes in conversations. Through role-play and guided practice, they’ll see how to express themselves clearly without causing conflict, and how to listen in a way that builds understanding. This lesson emphasizes that diplomacy is a leadership skill that earns trust and creates influence. Parents will love seeing their teen practice respectful, thoughtful communication that works in every setting, from home to social situations to future workplaces.

Overview:

This program is designed for teens ages 13 and up, emphasizing advanced life skills, leadership, and personal development. Each session provides opportunities to explore critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and real-world problem-solving through engaging, structured activities. Teens will learn practical skills that build confidence, responsibility, and independence, while connecting with peers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
