Today’s Focus: Emotional Intelligence

Teens will learn how to recognize, understand, and manage emotions; their own and others’. Through activities and discussion, they’ll explore how emotions influence decision-making, relationships, and leadership. This lesson shows teens that emotional intelligence is a strength that helps them stay calm under pressure, de-escalate tense situations, and connect meaningfully with others. Parents will love seeing their teen develop maturity through stronger self-awareness and empathy.

Overview:

This program is designed for teens ages 13 and up, emphasizing advanced life skills, leadership, and personal development. Each session provides opportunities to explore critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and real-world problem-solving through engaging, structured activities. Teens will learn practical skills that build confidence, responsibility, and independence, while connecting with peers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
