Today’s Focus: Public Speaking with Confidence

Teens will practice speaking clearly and confidently in front of others. Through structured exercises, they’ll learn techniques for managing nerves, organizing their thoughts, and projecting their voice. This lesson helps teens build the presence and confidence to share ideas effectively in school, community, and future professional settings. Parents will love seeing their teen grow into a more confident communicator, ready to take the spotlight when needed.

This program is designed for teens ages 13 and up, emphasizing advanced life skills, leadership, and personal development. Each session provides opportunities to explore critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and real-world problem-solving through engaging, structured activities. Teens will learn practical skills that build confidence, responsibility, and independence, while connecting with peers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
