Description
This tour provides an opportunity to talk through our program options, clarify expectations, and make an informed decision before enrollment. We’ll review our parent-present and drop-off models, discuss how each day is structured, and outline what helps students thrive in our environment. The drop-off program is designed for students who can participate independently, engage respectfully, and manage transitions with minimal support, while parent-present options offer a more flexible, on-site experience. Completing a tour does not require enrollment or reserve a spot. Families who feel aligned will receive follow-up guidance on availability and next steps.
Cancellation Policy
- Purpose: Discovery sessions (calls or tours) are an opportunity to connect, review program details, and determine mutual fit prior to enrollment. - No Payment Required: No payment is collected at the time of booking. Enrollment, if offered, is billed monthly after registration. - No Guaranteed Placement: Scheduling or completing a discovery call or tour does not guarantee availability or acceptance into programs. - Eligibility & Fit: Enrollment decisions are based on program alignment, current capacity, and readiness at the time of review. - Rescheduling: If your availability changes, we kindly ask that you reschedule in advance when possible so we can offer the time to another family. - Next Steps: Families who feel aligned will receive follow-up guidance regarding registration, availability, and billing.
