Thanksmas: A Celebration of Togetherness

Be part of the story as we begin a new annual tradition for Plant City. One that grows warmer, brighter, and more meaningful each year.

Our Founder’s family has a special tradition called Thanksmas. A celebration that brings everyone together once, between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It’s the perfect in-between, where the rush of the holidays pauses just long enough for everyone to reconnect, share a meal, and be reminded of what really matters.

At Plant City Homeschool, we’re bringing that same tradition to our community. Thanksmas is our way of slowing down together, with a cozy, heart-filled brunch that blends November gratitude with December sparkle. The room glows with soft lights, the tables are filled with laughter, and the spirit of togetherness fills every corner.

Attendees will enjoy a catered brunch, festive activities, raffles, and optional photos as a keepsake of the memories we’re building as a community.

Photos: Family photos are such a special part of the holidays, and we want to bring that same warmth to Thanksmas. This is an opportunity for guests and families to capture holiday joy with a family portrait or curated moments! It’s a beautiful way to take home the excitement and connection that make Thanksmas such a memorable part of the season.

Dress Code:

Dress to impress, but keep it comfortable. Think “holiday brunch with family.” Festive, polished, and photo-ready, while still relaxed enough for kids to play and families to enjoy the day. Capacity Limits:  

All families, including members, must register in advance. Space is limited, and once we reach capacity, we cannot allow additional participants at the door. Register early to secure your spot!
