Choose the Membership That Fits Your Family

If you are using Step Up for Students, activation is quick and handled in a few simple steps: 1. Log in to your Step Up for Students (MyScholarShop) account and reserve funds with Plant City Homeschool Collective as your provider. 2. Create a parent profile on our website. 3. Once your funds are reserved, our team will match your scholarship reservation to your website profile and assign your child’s membership within 48 business hours. If we can't match based on last name, we will contact you using the SUFS information to ensure we match your PCHC site profile accurately. Once the plan is set, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with a link to complete the required Member Onboarding Form and waivers. No additional payment is required on our website. All tuition is handled through Step Up for Students.

We do our best to make membership accessible for every family while keeping our programs sustainable. While we don’t offer general across-the-board reductions, we do provide several structured discounts and flexible payment options: • First Responder & Military Appreciation: Active-duty military, veterans, and first responders receive a standing tuition discount as our way of saying thank you. • Step Up for Students (SUFS) Direct Pay: PCHC is an approved Step Up provider. Scholarship families can use direct-pay funds toward Student Membership tuition and enrichment programs, making participation simple and seamless. • Family Plan: Families enjoy a single plan option to cover the children within their household. Any discounts apply to privately paid tuition (or SUFS reimbursement process, only). Step Up scholarships have their own tuition structures and are not eligible for additional discounts via direct-pay, nor does Step Up allow family plans. These options are designed to give families flexibility and fairness while helping us sustain the quality, safety, and sense of community that make PCHC possible.

Yes! Not only can Step Up families submit tuition reimbursements directly, we're also a direct-pay provider via the MSS. Our optional Learning Labs (https://www.plantcityhomeschool.org/get-involved/learning-lab)offer drop-off enrichment as a perfect add-on. We keep it local, affordable, and flexible so you can focus on creating memories with your kids. Every detail of our programming, from planning to supplies, is handled with care to support your homeschool journey.

Each membership at PCHC is tied to an individual registration and signed waiver. This ensures that every child has their own enrollment record, legal documentation, potential Step Up documentation, and liability coverage on file. For these reasons, our system requires a separate checkout for each student. ​The good news is that you can complete all checkouts and registrations under the same parent login. This keeps all of your family’s plans conveniently located in one place for easy access and management.
