Family Partner Program (FPP)
A structured way for families to contribute to PCHC’s mission while receiving meaningful tuition support.

The Family Partner Program rewards participation that strengthens our community, supports our operations, and helps PCHC maintain a warm, organized, high-quality environment for all families. Tuition reductions are not guaranteed and are reviewed based on community fit, availability, and the organization’s current needs.

Options for Family Partnerships​

Option 1: Ambassador Program

A leadership-based path with high impact and significant perks. Our Ambassador Program is ideal for engaged, consistent families who want to represent PCHC, welcome new members, and support the energy of our weekly sessions.

Ambassador Perks Include:

Reduced tuition: $50 monthly Membership for the whole family

Priority access to select events

End-of-semester celebration

Ambassador Requirements Include:

Attend at least 16 sessions per semester (approximately half of our scheduled seasonal programming).

6 volunteer hours per semester.

2 social shares of PCHC content per month

Simple content support (photos, short clip, testimonial)

Onboard 2 new families per semester (ambassador referrals count as half)

Warm community representation

Option 2: Volunteer-for-Discount Program
-
For families with more time than budget who want to exchange consistent help for meaningful tuition reductions. This track focuses on supporting the weekly operations of PCHC, especially roles that help keep days running smoothly. Discounts are customized based on available hours, reliability, and specific organizational needs.

Volunteer Roles May Include:

On-site set up/break down​

On-site Supervisor/Point of Contact

Assisting with attendance and member check-ins

Supporting Littles or structured learning blocks

Running a station during multi-room activities
-
Serving at occasional community or outreach events

Discounts:​

Discounts vary based on hours committed and the role assigned.
A small number of families may qualify for significant or full tuition coverage if they take on high-impact roles, such as on-site manager, greeter/welcome station lead, set up/break down coordinator, events/outreach support, and more!​

Family Partner Program: How the FPP application process works
Step 1
Apply
Submit your application and pay the one-time $50 application fee. This fee offsets the expenses of screening and onboarding so we can maintain a safe, well-supported environment for families.
Step 2
Background Check
Complete a secure background check through our third-party provider. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email after ubmitting your application!
Step 3
Status Confirmation
Once your results are returned (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll review and confirm your eligibility and specific program requirements.
Step 4
Placement & Training
We’ll match you with volunteer opportunities based on your skills and availability. Required child-protection training will also be completed at this stage.
